Shipping Policy
Local pick up is available at Sovereign Hair Care. Located inside TLC Salon & Suites 15 Gibson Court Suite #7, Greenville , SC 29615. Pick up days & times Thursday - Saturday 9am-4pm. Make sure to fill out the order form and have your order number when picking up your order.

All products purchased through our website are shipped via UPS or USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for any reason. Please make sure you have a physical address listed as your shipping address when you place your order.

Sovereign Hair Care Treatments are made to order and will be prepared after order is received. Orders will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.

Pre-orders will have an estimated order fulfillment date and will be updated to shipping date.
Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue with your order you may return it to us for a refund or exchange.

If a return is needed, we must know within 5 business days of the purchase date. When returning for refund or exchange, items must be in new and unused condition with all original packaging.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days from the receipt of your returned items for processing. refund will be issued to the original method of payment minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. Refunds may take 5-10 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
